Who is eligible?
- Requests are accepted only from schools or educational institutions.
- The form requires your name, job title, school name, school phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Foreign orders are not accepted unless the address is APO or FPO.
Cost, shipping, and timing
The request page does not display a charge for the samples or a separate shipping fee. It also does not state an expiration date, delivery estimate, or guaranteed fulfillment. Because this is a business sample request rather than a general consumer giveaway, submit accurate school information and let School Mate decide whether and what it sends.
