If you have been thinking about trying an eligible Poise product but are unsure whether it will work for you, the brand’s current money-back guarantee can reduce some of that risk. This is not a free sample: you must buy the product first, follow the mail-in instructions, and pay the postage for your claim.
What the offer includes
Poise says customers who are not completely satisfied with an eligible product can request reimbursement. The official 2026 form covers qualifying U.S. purchases made from January 1 through December 31, 2026. One by Poise and Poise Impressa are specifically excluded.
The reimbursement is for the eligible product price only. The terms say sales tax and shipping charges are not included, and the offer cannot be combined with other offers. There is a limit of one reimbursement per person, household, and email address, and only one product may be included in a reimbursement.
What you need to mail
- The official money-back guarantee form, completed by hand and signed
- Your original, unmodified store receipt, with the eligible product and purchase date circled
- The original UPC cut from the product package
Mail those items with proper postage within 30 days of your purchase to the address printed on the form. The terms say requests must be received no later than February 1, 2027. Photocopies are not accepted, incomplete submissions will not be returned, and the mailing address you provide cannot be a P.O. box.
Before cutting the UPC from your package, read the official Poise guarantee page and download the current form. Keep a photo or copy of everything you send for your records, even though the originals must go in the envelope.
Important limitations
- U.S. purchases only; void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted
- Eligible purchases must be made during the 2026 offer period
- One reimbursement per person, household, and email address
- One product per reimbursement
- No P.O. boxes and no claims from groups, clubs, or organizations
- Allow at least 8–10 weeks for the reimbursement check
- The check expires 90 days after issuance and cannot be reissued
- The official terms say the offer is available while supplies last
This guarantee is most useful if you were already planning to buy an eligible Poise product and are comfortable mailing the original receipt and package UPC. It is not a no-purchase freebie, and you will have a small out-of-pocket postage cost.
